Can I create folders to organize my agents, forms, phone numbers and snapshots?

Yes. You can create folders on many pages, such as agents, forms and phone numbers.

1. Click the add folder button on the page.
2. Name the folder, for example by industry, or one called Snapshots.
3. Move your items into it.

You can create as many folders as you want, and folders can be nested, for example a Snapshots folder with a folder for each industry inside it. Folders keep things clean, such as keeping snapshots separate from workflows.
